For those who are new to playgroup or even doubtful on what playgroup is all about and ever wonder why is it for your kiddo? This page is for my darling friends and those who want to know more about what playgroup is about.

Play Group @ Community at Heart located at Tadika Anak Riang, Puchong. It advocates parent and child bonding through a time of constructive play and fun interaction. It believes in crafting sweet memories together as the parent purposefully gets involved in developing and growing his or her child.

They incorporate many other fun activities (painting, baking, play dough, teatime and lots more) to the delight of the children.

Here is a snapshot for last year visit to the Zoo. Jaden loves the trip.

CitySquare Shooting Gallery Segambut- Its a Bang! Bang! Bang! Weekend

Splendid weekend I had with hubby, sis and Jack. Ofcourse, the activity for today will never be materialised if it weren't our parents. Mum and dad take care of Jaden, April and Runyi for us. ;D. Hurray, off we go to Segambut for our much awaited gun session.

I am NOT into his but it turns out ok for me. Only 5 shots, manage to get it right. Kinda shaky as am freaking out. I scared the instructor as after each shot I handled the gun towards him. ;P
It was fun. Guns are for ladies too, at least my sis proves that girls can do a better job. Try it out ladies and mummies, at least for once of its kind experience while having fun with your hubbies. And now I know what is the difference holding a Glock 17 and Glock 19.

Thumbs UP!

Marriage Course at Eaglepoint Puchong

When we say we had been married for 10,20, 30 years or even longer, do we know our spouse exactly, what they need, their inner feeling, their expectation towards us or do we practice good communication and do lots of listening? Do we notice that men and women are different?

Why isn't he emptying the garbage bin? Why is she keep asking how is my day? I need to be alone.. He is not listening to me.. and the list could go on and on...

We tend then forgetting the most important in marriage, have we forgotten our marriage time after a while, especially after we had kids to chase for, kids to bath for, kids to clean poo for and kids to yell at? Sadly but yes if you sit down and think about this.

Marriage course lead by Pastor Steven Teoh and Bee Khim organised by Community at Heart enlighten us on marriage and its held at Eaglepoint Puchong. Me and hubby attended this two years ago and benefited from it ever since. I couldn't help but spreading the course. As I get along with others, everyone had different path of life, different ways in managing their marriage. And yes, it saddens when you hear break-ups, third party in marriage, leaving sorrows and empty hopes to spouse and the innocent children.

This is for you. Look into your marriage, your spouse will be the one holding your hands till death do you apart, why not putting little extra hours and add some spice to your marriage once a week? Packed with laughter and understanding yourself and your spouse, be ready to change..and be ready to have fun!

Its a yearly event, so if you miss this, please do call and enquire for the next session. Believe me, you will be surprise on how much you gain from this. ;)

Fun...fun and more fun..

Who says mum can't have fun after having kids? It's the matter on how we arrange our time and how we want to involve our family with our social life and our connections. Writing this out now, would love to share with Regina. I wish her a safe pregnancy and am really really happy with the news which I got last week from my best uncle ie. best pal.(Kelvin is too young to be my dearest uncle). We had been a great childhood buddy along with my sis. Last weekend, we bring back the laughter, the kiddo in us. Now of us have our own family, we still who we are, the joker, the craze, the bully.

How time flies...

20th March 2011 - I host (as kungfu panda says.. hooooooossssting!) Yes, I am hooo-o-o-o-o-ssting! ;)
We celebrated hubby's and Jaden's birthday, and also our 5th year wedding anniversary. Wasn't too much on the anniversary celebration as it has been 13 years we are together, anniversary is just something sloting in to the party. Hubby knows I have lots of anniversary and birthday till he sometimes lost count or "again?". LOL.

Not an easy task to get everyone in a roof, but manage to have a troop and had the whole place at TTDI, FnD Mindspot. Check it out here They had a lovely ambience for hangout and its just lovely for kids who love to explore themselves, while the quiet one can sit back and relax.

Had so much laughter. Played Giant Jenga, footsball at the centre while arranging some games myself for my guest. Paper clip snake, newspaper snake, Battery tower, fishing for kids too.

We agreed that we have not had enough of that, we will be back for more games..childhood games like "batu seremban", "giant stick" etc...you name it, I am sure they had it. ;)
I do think that those are really much fun, better than stick yourself at computer all day long without any interaction?? *wink*

Its a busy and happy year..

A year has passed. How time flies. I have learnt a lot along the way. Maybe I could scribble some here before my babies eventually wake up.

Jaden is now 3 years and he is still give us a lot of surprise phases. Getting along fine at my mum place so that hubby and I could wonder away for a date. Well, just need to reassure him that we will be back for him.

The other day I bought lots of toys from Candy, a friend we met at the dolphin show in Sunway, and we become close friend. Her preloved item is just great and both my lovey dovey loves them. Toys need not be expensive but need to be functional. Am now adopting a categories concept for all their toys so that the could place the item back to the same place after that.

This year, there will be no excape to get Jaden a school. Think he's ready to set on after his potty training but 3 years old is just too young for me, thus I opt to school him in year 4. He will still be attached to alternate Saturday playgroup this April and hope that he is all set next year. Being a kiasu parents as others, i did have a thinking to homeschool him - but my approach is to sent him to school which provide homeschool. But ofcourse, there are numerous thing to think of, syllabus, acceptance in college, social.. and the list goes on. Have a word or two, well more than that, a huge discussion it was. Friends, school, internet, and it seems a Chinese school for his primary and a private school for secondary may also could be considered giving way that there is an omission in UPSR and PMR exam. But how true, I need the readers to enlighten me.

As for April, my little one. She seems small but had a intelligent mind at times. Learning her step each day now, i could see a different her. She now listens and begin to understand us. Daddy is so happy last night that she actually pass something to him when ask. am really happy. Only god knows.

By the way, APril is diagnosed with William Syndrome, that was few months back. the news has not been easy for me and hubby, it wasn't really. But a big encouragement we had from family members, friends, doctors and theraphist gave me a different view to my only daughter. She is so special - everyone just loved her. She has this special attachment with everyone. That is a gift, and yes, she too give us lots of laughter I must admit, as well as tears. WOuld love to share in the next postings.

Home? Hubby and I have planted almost 3 months of our time and dedication and health to out lovely home. Kids has been away from home during the period of time. Renovation - its a crazy process especially when there is already a stay in. Imagine removing and packing things, clearing debrish, vacumming dust, Painting of walls, screaming at contractors, sourcing of material, blah blah blah...
Manage to get works done and voila! I am delighted as we settled down. We love our home, jaden and April got themselves a lovely room. ;) (Mum always ask me isn't it too early to get both of the kids in their own room?) - well, to our perspective its always easier to start young. They are getting it good, and its a wise choice for us. Jaden love to have dim light while sleeping while April love it dark. They have nice sleep as well as us. No more kicking around, turning and disturbing. ;D

Family and relationship? Its not a good news to hear breakup from your close ones. SOme things are just too complicated to describe, but it has now a norm, I have heard not one, but few of close ones being in the situation and I am really sad and felt for them. Marriage course is all I could advice them to go to, marriage time is all that we could spent to get back the sparks and yes will share in postings to come. Marriage is a long term learning course. It has never been easy nor its too hard, but both have to compromise and yes, we should learnt along the way...

My Life? Enjoying every bits and parcel of my age. LOL. Experiencing the best of life could be. Going out, meeting new friends, going for activities, training, games, new places, new food, experiencing new recipe, and the best of all (that will be in the next sector once I got the photography done next week)
