Celebrities serve up delicious dishes with Lee Kum Kee

A household name, Lee Kum Kee has been a trusted brand for generations and its sauces are synonymous with Chinese cuisine. The secret to its success for 127 years is its uncompromising commitment to quality.
The origins of Lee Kum Kee began with the creation of the flavourful and wonderful oyster sauce by the founder of the company, Mr. Lee Kum Shueng, in China’s Guangdong Province.

Today Lee Kum Kee is available around the world in 100 countries and brings a delicious array of flavours to the table with over 200 sauces and condiments.

The air was filled with laughter and tantalizing aromas as local celebrities – radio host Chan Fong and actor Jeffrey Cheng – revealed their surprising, unknown cooking talent. The duo presented their very own easy-to-cook Asian inspired recipes, which took only a few minutes to prepare and were cooked within half an hour.

Chan Fong’s Grilled Chicken Wings with Coconut Milk and Oyster Sauce was richly flavoured with sweet and savoury tastes that come from a unique blend of local ingredients that include lemongrass, coconut milk and honey as well as Lee Kum Kee Premium Brand Oyster Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Selected Light Soy Sauce.

“Just like any parent, I want only the best and tastiest dishes that my family can enjoy. Whenever I cook, I will not compromise on the ingredients and will use only the freshest meats and vegetables complemented with top quality seasoning sauces. For me, taste is important and it must be delicious and rich in flavours such as my recipe today,” said the radio personality.

Meanwhile, health conscious Jeffrey presented his Low-calorie Soy Milk Soup with Scallops creation. Filled with goodness and flavours, his superior quality and healthy recipe with organic vegetables and scallops was further enhanced with Lee Kum Kee Premium Brand Oyster Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Sesame Oil.

Jeffrey share his main ingredients Soya Milk. This is my first time cooking soya milk, so I am kinda fascinated actually. Other ingredients are sautéed scallop, carrots, potatoes, corns, and mushrooms and eggs to put in to the bowl of soup at the end.
The below picture shows the nutritious soup and great for younger kids who are choosy eater.
All in nutrition. Its delicious and sweet, maybe the photo is not convincing, but it taste good.

Thanks Lee Kum Kee for the thoughtful door gift...

The next day after chauffeuring kids to school, a quick marketing and tadaaa.. Chicken Wing is marinated - better overnight to get its best taste.
I cook it in "Happy Pan" and before any picture is taken, its all eaten up. Chan Fung use the oven at 180C for 25 minutes.
Using 5 chicken wing with enough oyster sauce to cover, add in pepper and the sesame oil, Lee Kum Kee brand of course.

Next will probably be Jeffreys soup recipe. Te book is filled with recipe and shall check it out soon.
Happy trying, Parents! Remember to use Lee Kum Kee premium sauce. It took the dish to a different level, even you are not into cooking. ;)
