A much needed Essential oil Massage and Facial at A'aroma Beauty & Spa

When you are in a rush and all you had for ME time as a mummy is limited and wanted to do it all, A'aroma has been 5 years in operation and is one of a choice to do it all with a quiet and soothing ambiance to relax on. It uses essential oil as its base, in both facial and massage, with no machinery. You may say its a back to basic traditional approach that delight their returning customers who belief in natural care.

Upon enter, I am greeted with a tea, and I am required to fill up your current state for them to identify the best essential oil that suites me on that day. 

I am given 2 choice and I had the choice of de-stress (the oil name). Its a mixture of chamomile, orange, and rosemary essential oil and it smells wonderful.

The reception area filled with essential oils products and Menards beauty products. 

The treatment room is really spacious and love the ambiance.

Here is the set of essential oil for massage - calming and soothing.

It all begins with a warm foot bath, filled with Himalayan salt and essential oil of your choice for about 15 minutes before you enjoy your massage at the strength of your choice too.

As you lay down on the massage bed facing down, there will be a bowl of water filled with hot water and essential oil for us to inhale the air gives us the warmth and relax feeling.

After an hour, I continued with a 1.5 hours Aroma Essential Rose Facial and the therapist is knowledgeable, and pleasant. It comprises of the standard double cleansing, extraction, double mask and what excites me is the ice ball. 

I had a bit of sensitive skin and the ice ball helps a lot in calming and soothing the face. It is use to massage the face together with the essential oil.

It had been a great session and hope to visit them again. If you are nearby and need a quick fix, this would be a place to unwind.
