It's a great experience giving a visit to Malaysia's first Salt Therapy Centre. MJ Hor, the co-owner of the center has been very patience giving us much info needed and this give us a clear insights how salt therapy works and how the effect differs individually.

Before we enter the room, here are some rules to make the place as clean as possible for the next person usage - likewise, we would not want to end up in a dirty room for our usage or for our children to play with too:

They offer the option of family room, available for 3 adults and 4 children; the adult room made to fit 7 adults, and the private room made to fit for 2 adults.

Adult Room would have more coarse salt so that you have better feel as you walk into the room

Family room are filled with fine salt, with a mixture of rock salt so that children can play with it. 

Sieve the salt and the rock salt can put into the truck to play with! Keep the kids busy too.

Salt Theraphy is suitable for everyone including babies, elders, breastfeeding mothers, and expecting mothers. 

Here is how it works:Salt molecules are comprised of a positive sodium ion and a negative chloride ion. While you breathe in the salty air of the therapy room, salt molecules enter the moist airways of the lungs and break down, releasing the negative ions.
