Juus@ The School, Jaya One

Thanks OpenRice for the invitation to try on 6 Detox Fresh Juice from Juus @ Jaya One.

JUUS are freshly COLD-PRESSED JUICES extracted from fresh vegetables and fruits without any artificial flavouring, colouring and preservation being added.

Juicing is the easiest and fastest way to increase your nutrient intake since nothing needs to be broken down by your digestive system. The hidden benefits behind juicing is that 95% of all the nutrients contained within fruits and vegetables is contained within the juice. Our bodies can absorb healthy nutrients nearly 5 times greater and 3 times faster when drinking extracted juices than eating whole fruits and vegetables.

Why they called it Cold Pressed Juice ? COLD-PRESSED juicing are the newest technology being introduced that work by first crushing and then pressing the fruit and vegetables for the highest juice yield. The press minimizes oxidation and preserves important vitamins, minerals and enzymes, bringing you pure juices alive with flavor and vitality. Unlikes the traditional way of juicer, this method works in slow speed and less heat being produced which able to keep more of the fresh ingredients’ nutrients and enzymes intact.

POSSIBLE SIDE EFFECT OR SYMPTOMS

Beyond the benefits of braking an unhealthy eating cycle, there are other potentially side effects. Most side effects are temporary and will resolve once you resume a healthy diet. These include but are not limited to : fatigue, headache, dizziness, low blood sugar, constipation or diarrhea, increased body odor or bad breath. With increasing the fluid intake by drinking more water, coconut water, these side effects can often be resolved. If any symptoms arise that seem bothersome or you are in any way concerned, contact your medical professional immediately. If you experience any of the following symptoms, please stop your detox programme and contact your physician: fainting, extreme dizziness, low blood pressure, significant weight loss, vomiting, severe diarrhea.

My Personal thought after consuming:
When you hear detox, you just want to know if it slims, and yes it has but its because of the good bowel movement you have, that made your stomach a lil flat.
The most fast effect would be - you feel good, light and had more energy. Yes, you treat your body with less acidic meat and junks and replenish it with nutritious juices. ;)
Would highly recommend for a boost of energy and definitely a day off food for the body and mind.
