We laugh repeatedly after we hear this from mum:
"Your son hands me the book and I teach him - wuu guii (means tortoise in Mandarin). He stares at me hesitately and told me confidently and loudly - tortoise! bath bath! - (to Jaden it means the tortoise is having bath inside the water.) Whoah... you see he is teaching me.."
Clever boy, we pat him. You are teaching popo that is tortoise and tortoise is bathing in the water. Good Boy. Next time you can teach popo again, okay?
Never underestimate what a 20months baby will know.
