Discover Malaysian Chinese Museum, Seri Kembangan, Selangor - The History, Culture and Heritage of Chinese Malaysians

MCO has lead us to more Cuti Cuti Malaysia and here sharing new places that we are able to venture within Klang Valley that not many people explore and I could say that this museum should be internationally recognised. Malaysian Chinese Museum is not huge but fair enough we actually spends 1.5 hour in there. Reminiscence of the olden days, it captures the Chinese tradition and history, from World War, how Chinese migrated and till the new Chinese village was formed, to independence.

There are 16 permanent exhibitions and nearly 1000 pieces of collections in the museum. The artwork and structures are beautifully crafted and together with it's apps, it made the tour satisfying and educational.

Let's not talk about the history as pretty much you can take your time to read when you are there. Pictures meant a thousand words as we go through the gallery. This definitely in our photo book soon!

Download their apps for virtual photos and enjoy the videos on the apps while scanning along the way.

From the brochures, it reads, since 2000 years ago, the Chinese had begun to travel across the ocean to come to the Malay Peninsular trade and commercial activities. Our ancestors landed here and started a new chapter on this land

Love this shoot a lot. Stealing little moments in the classroom. We knew each other since college and this picture resembles it.

There are also books, pop up cards and souvenirs for purchase just before the exit. Hope you enjoyed as much as we did.

Till we explore and write again!
