Best Western I-City - Food heaven with it's Seafood All you can Eat BBQ, QR Code Food Ordering and Free Water Park with every stay!

We are in need of short vacation and headed to Best Western I-City for a 2 nights stay this time and enjoyed the food, the hospitality and the flexibility of check out time. We took the adjoining family room with one king sized bed and the other with twin beds like our previous stay. Breakfast buffet was served at the View Cafe at  Level 5.

We are also able to go to Water World I-city Water Park for free, being the latest promo that every staying in guest will be entitle of free entry to the water park. Kids spent hours in their wave pool, lazy river, Jacuzzi pool and a splash pool. 

Water park is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel and do be there early before the crowd picks up! We try the popular tornado ride that splashes down into the 1,350 square feet landing pool. 

For lunch, we sample their New Go Beyond Signature menu. This is not a big donut that he is eating but a satay burger. Checking out some of their ala-carte meals and my personal favourite is the coffee lamb. The meat is tender and juicy with perfect coffee gravy.

If you are a seafood lover like we do, Best Western I -City is promoting All you can eat seafood BBQ dinner, located at View café's alfresco dining area. The Seafood BBQ Buffet happens every Friday evenings from 7pm to 10pm. Offer also includes a free bottle of beer or mocktail, and my favourite drink is Lime Ginger Nojito.

The buffet table is filled with salmon, fishes, prawns, scallops and other seafood, paired with salad, pasta, and local delicacies. You will just need to pick the seafood that you want from the counter, clip your table number to the plate and pass it to the chef to cook and serve it to you. The food is nice, value of money and the drinks are refreshing.

The new current setting is perfect for sunset viewing. Breakfast outdoor of The View Cafe gives that cool breeze and lovely colourful setup of furniture. So much of delicious food choices for kids. They love sunny side up eggs, cereals, pancakes, pastries, nuggets and etc. While I always eye for their Roti Canai. Simply yummy.

We went to Central I-city mall the next day by shuttle car for lunch and shopping and it is indeed convenient. Central I-City could be very pack during weekend, and parking is a hassle, so definitely this is a plus point. The timing is as follows: 

After dinner, you may go to City of Digital Lights within a walkway. it takes probably about 5 minutes and there are plenty to Instagram about, rides and even just lovely to stroll around.

If you are back to the room after the night stroll and fell like having some nice food in your room, you could just scan the QR code available next to the room desk, and order your favourite meal right away.
