Klook means Keep Looking! Launching Malaysian office, doubling SEA travel

Klook actually means "Keep Looking" and its a  travel activities and services booking platform! With it's mobile first approach, Klook digitise local tours, attractions,  activities by partnering with local business. To-date,  Klook on boarded more than 500 local attractions and activities. Congratulations Klook on their new office launching today. The new space is now housing one of the company's largest regional customer experience teams.

Klook new 15,000 square feet office located at KL Eco City features the Zen Room, Phone Booth, Pantry cum townhall area, Instagram Corner, meeting rooms & open working spaces. Here is the rejunevate room which I like most, spacious with bean bags and a nice hangout brainstorm place.

The new office will consolidate major functions such as business development, corporate services, marketing and service operations under one roof.

We get to see the new space that house one of the company’s largest regional customer experience teams. The multilingual team is comprised of more than 100 people who speak a total of 8 languages and provide around the clock support for Klook’s customers across a variety of channels.

Giving a rise of free and independent traveller (FIT) who like to DIY travel activities,  Klook moved to digitise local tours with its mobile-first approach to partner with local business on up to 500 attractions and activities todate. Over 70% of Klook’s bookings were made from mobile and the figure is increasing.

Over the years, Klook worked alongside with their partners to bring exclusive events such as the Marvel Run and Marvel Studios Exhibition to Malaysian shores and more to come.

Klook Travel Fest 2019 will be the upcoming hits from the 28th to 29th September at MiTEC, with great travel deals and different from the conventional travel fair. It's a partnership with the local travel industry, lifestyle and retail merchants and packed with exciting performances, games, travel workshops and more.

An observation is done by Klook, and seem that the trend of travel is moving to the west, and outskirts of the main city. This includes West like middle eastern, Europe and places like Hong Kong, Japan ie. Osaka, Nagoya etc. With Klook, travelling made easy whether it's to book popular attractions, tours, local transportation, best foods, and unique experiences around the world. Travelers can book on-the-go and redeem the services by using QR code enabled e-vouchers.

I can't wait to book the next holiday with Klook and save some penny too!
